Hotel Rusu - Petrosani

The hotel provided us with rooms that had a balcony, offering us a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We felt so close to nature and it made our stay truly memorable.

All was well during our stay, no improvements needed.

What an amazing Christmas experience! The first fact you'll love about the hotel is the breathtaking view of the mountains and the nature around it, it gave us a sense of calm that we truly appreciated. Secondly, the staff was incredibly nice to us throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location made it super convenient for us to go skiing since the ski resort was just a short drive away. We especially enjoyed spending our day exploring the beautiful surroundings and the experience of taking the chair-lift up to some of the highest points.

The experience wasn't perfect. The room we were given was a bit outdated and could use some freshening up. The pillows on the bed were quite uncomfortable, and we woke up with a slight neck ache. Another downside was the limited options on the breakfast menu; we would have liked to see a little more variety. The low internet connectivity made it quite a hassle to get in touch with friends and family back home. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time in the area.

Great location near ski lift, room with mountain view, good value, friendly staff, delicious dinner, excellent breakfast choices. Nice experience for skiing and hiking, beautiful morning views. Take chair-lift, find wild berries. Logistic inconveniences were handled. Apologetic receptionist. Modern hotel, spacious rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed. Good restaurant food.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Rusu during our ski trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Being able to access the ski lift right from the hotel yard was a huge plus. The spa facilities were top-notch, with relaxing saunas and a luxurious Jacuzzi. And let's not forget the restaurant, which served delicious specialties prepared by their talented chef.

Loved the stunning mountain views from my room and the access to parking was excellent. the staff were really accommodating with my request for a room with a balcony. the breakfast offered a good choice of options and the location was perfect for a winter excursion into the mountains.

I found the beds were a little uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in my room. I didn't spend too much time in my room thanks to the beautiful views and the amazing excursions in the area.
